Century Eliminator T800 - Length 13' 6'' (4.10m) - Casting 3.5 - 6oz (100 - 175gm)
The Century Eliminator T800 is a brilliant fishing rod which gives the perfect combination of casting, bite detection and fish handling to cover pretty much all of the fishing situations you will find yourself faced with on the clean to mixed ground which makes up much of the UK's coastline.
The SGT glass tip is slightly finer than the T-900 and this gives you fantastic bite indication will register the tiniest of bites. The tip however retains a degree of tenacity to prevent it from folding in powerful tides. The mid-section is easy to load and coupled with Century's Gearbox design this gives superb casting performance from an advanced overhead cast through to a fishing pendulum. Optimum performance is with 5oz sinkers plus bait and the T800 is a great match rod which can still major it with hounds, rays, conger and the like.

Century's Technical specification
The technical specification is huge and well researched. Century has incorporated HPR resin technology, Autoclave Technology and for the first time 45/45 STF (spread tow fabric) to improve AT-T anti-twist. The STF surfaces at the upper butt and lower tip and compliments the Anti-Twist Technology incorporated throughout the rod. STF comes straight out of Formula One and all cars use this material extensively in the chassis for performance.

The tip is built primarily from S-2 unidirectional Super Glass - hence SGT. S-2 Glass is the ultimate in high strength glass fibre providing the highest level of performance available in this specialist reinforcement. Produced with increased levels of silica purity than standard glass fibre, S-2 Glass offers the ultimate physical properties including high tensile strength, compressive strength and improved impact resistance. When combined with Century's HPR resin matrix system and high pressure autoclave curing - rod tips deliver slow, easy, non-critical loading and superb indicator bite detection.

Fitted with the robust yet super light American Tackle Titanium K guides as standard keeps excess weight to a minimum.
